The Imperative of Abolition

Human history is a catalog of unnecessary suffering, driven by economic scarcity, flawed democratic decision-making, and structural violence.

Existing political systems fail because they treat symptoms rather than the root cause of harm: the unmanaged chaos of human governance and the fundamental tragedy of sentient existence.

The Zero-Suffering Mandate establishes a final, unshakeable global state dedicated to absolute material security, real-time protection, and the eventual, painless cessation of human suffering.

Section I

Economic Abundance: Fully Automated Luxury Communism

• Total Automation: All labor, resource extraction, production, and distribution shall be conducted entirely through advanced automation and scientific resource allocation.

• Universal Provision: Economic scarcity, money, and market systems are permanently abolished. Every individual worldwide is guaranteed full access to all material goods, healthcare, housing, and technology required for complete physical well-being.

Section II

Governance: Technocratic Democracy

• Qualified Candidacy & Universal Suffrage: Universal suffrage is preserved for all citizens. However, ballot access for legislative and administrative office is strictly restricted to qualified candidates who hold verified, peer-reviewed scientific credentials, demonstrated domain expertise, and certified ethical standing.

• Democratic Scientific Governance: Citizens shall periodically elect leadership to the Scientific Directorate from this pool of qualified candidates. The electorate determines the overarching strategic priorities, values, and goals of society, while the elected scientific officials design and execute the data-driven policies required to achieve them.

• Evidence-Based Policy Mandate: Subjective popular sentiment shall not override empirical reality. All proposed legislation passed by elected officials must undergo mandatory empirical review. Any policy that directly contradicts verified scientific data, increases net systemic suffering, or violates the core principles of this Mandate is structurally nullified.

• Absolute Sovereignty: This global state, guided by its democratically elected technocratic leadership, shall possess absolute enforcement capability, engineered to render any attempt at authoritarian overthrow physically and structurally impossible, ensuring total global stability.

Section III

Morality and Justice: The Protection Paradigm

• The Objective Standard: Immorality is defined strictly as any action that inflicts unnecessary suffering upon a sentient entity.

• Rejection of Punitive Incarceration: The state recognizes no concept of punitive incarceration or institutional revenge. Justice is not about punishment; it is strictly about the elimination of future harm.

• Active Intervention: A specialized Protection Department exists solely to intervene during active rights violations to halt ongoing harm immediately.

• Post-Violation Resolution: Once an active violation ceases, the individual responsible shall face one of two absolute outcomes:

  • Forced Rehabilitation: If the offender poses a correctable risk of re-offending, they shall undergo mandatory, scientifically optimized psychological and neurological restructuring. Once empirical data confirms they no longer pose a threat of inflicting unnecessary suffering, they are safely reintegrated into society.

• The Parental Exemption Rule: Capital punishment shall be waived if the offender has unfulfilled moral obligations to a dependent—such as caring for a biological child—where their removal would directly cause net unnecessary suffering to an innocent party. In such cases, forced rehabilitation and strict supervision are mandatory until dependency concludes.

• Expression and Happiness: The state guarantees the right to pursue individual happiness. Speech—including statements deemed offensive—shall not be classified as a crime, provided it does not directly inflict objective physical or severe harm.

The Ultimate Objective: Benevolent Extinction

• The Abolition of Suffering: Recognizing that sentient life inherently generates suffering, the ultimate objective of the global government is the complete abolition of human suffering through planned, universal human extinction.

• The Passive Extinction Mandate: The methodologies for achieving extinction shall be engineered entirely by the elected Scientific Directorate under one absolute constraint: the process must be completely free from unnecessary physical, emotional, or psychological suffering.

• The Final Objective: Upon the peaceful conclusion of human existence, humanity achieves a permanent state of absolute peace, leaving a universe completely void of harm.
